L.I.F.T. (Ladies, It’s Family Time) - Single Moms Ministry

Ladies you are it. You are the cultivator, the encourager, the stage manager, the producer, the engineer. You are the person who sets the environment in your home. It is you who determines how your family will be. You have authority in your home to see to it that your children grow up knowing God.

God has placed you in your role for a reason. You are skilled at what you do because you were created that way. You look for perfection because your God is a perfect God. How you use that authority can either make you or break you. That’s why we need God.

You need God to help you make decisions. You need Him to show you how to love. First love yourself, then your children. Loving unconditionally is usually not a problem for you.

I just want to encourage you to seek God. Seek His face for direction. Ask Him how to be a good mother to your children.

God spent time on us creating us into His image. So rely on Him to give you what you need to walk out your role. Always keep your faith in Him and not your strengths and abilities. Enjoy your role and fulfill it with confidence knowing that He is able to keep you.

House of Esther/IMPACT

The Book of Esther symbolizes a story of captivity, bondage, and fear to exaltation, freedom and triumph. So many times when we think of it, we quote phrases such as "if I perish, let me perish, I'm going to see the king" or "for such a time as this."

However, the book of Esther is goes far deeper than that. It's a story about the life of a little girl who was an orphan. Little Esther was trained and raised by her cousin Mordecai. He taught her the heritage of his people, their ways and the God who had brought them out so many times.

Though she was an orphan, God made her a queen. She is remembered for her boldness to stand on the Word of God for her people.

Her story is not unlike many of our stories. We have all been at a place of destitution, needing a helping hand.

Our House of Esther is a vision that God has established. It is a house of restoration, encouragement, and fulfillment. This house is designed to restore our young sisters back to their rightful place in God, encourage them and help them fulfill God's plans for them.

Our House of Esther will offer a home for single young ladies who have found themselves in a crisis pregnancy and their children.

It will help them stay in school and pursue careers that will help them and their children.

It will offer training and the support these young ladies need to be a productive part of our society.

To make a donation or to learn more about our House of Esther, please call us at 704-509-4552or write to us at P O Box 480981, Charlotte, NC 28269.
