Do you know what it is like to work to pay your bills and raise children all alone - day and night - while being constantly ridiculed by those who do not have a clue about your life and how far you have progressed?  Though you face day to day challenges and have overcome them, some won't allow you the opportunity to forget your past (if it is a past you want to forget).  Raising successful children is challenging but it can be done by single parents.  It happens everyday. 

At IMPACT, we choose to see the real person and what God has ordained them to be.  We believe that everyone is created equal, not just in reference to a governmental amendment or constitution but by our Almighty God Himself.  IMPACT works at providing needed assistance that will insure our single mothers' success.  We work to set them up for life, enabling them to become self- sufficient.  It takes lots of energy, time and money to produce this kind of program.  So at this time, we would like to solicit your help.  These are the things you can help us with:

• Food For Families Thanksgiving Drive (September 5 through November 20):  We would like to feed at least 15 families for Thanksgiving.  We will be accepting monetary gifts, turkeys, hams, stuffing, canned goods, sweet potatoes, rice and any other non-perishable items. We want to load these items into a box and deliver them on November 21st.

• Love Can't Wait Christmas Drive (November 7 through December 18):  Food Boxes, Toys, Clothing.  This drive is to feed approximately 15 households and to provide clothes and toys for the children.  More details on the number of children, their ages, and sizes will be updated very soon.  These gifts will be delivered as Christmas gifts. Therefore, we are only accepting new clothing items and toys.
